This large, beautifully maintained house is situated in County Sligo (map) almost exactly halfway between the towns of Sligo and Ballina. The seaside resort of Enniscrone is only 14 miles away. The village of Dromore West is 2 miles to the west and has a small but well stocked supermarket and a few pubs. There is superb sandy beach just over one mile away, which is ideal for families.

The house, which has a superb view over the sea, has four large bedrooms, all ensuite, and can comfortably sleep 10. The lounge is very comfortable with heating provided by a wood burning stove which also provides hot water, oil fired central heating heats the whole house. There are two television sets, one with a video. The kitchen is well appointed with all modern conveniences and a comfortable dining area. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Full baby facilities are also available. There is a large, enclosed grassy area to the rear of the house for children to play in and a patio to the side of the house for those summer barbecues.
