| Tearaways Cottage is a newly renovated labourers cottage which was once inhabited by the legendary Tearaway Boyle. Tearaway was famous for his ability to plough with horses.It sleeps seven people in comfort. It is fully centrally heated and has two power showers.It is a very short drive from Templetown Beach which is long safe and sandy. It is also within 8 minutes drive from Carlingford village which is very historic. There are walks along Ballagan shore which can be accessed on foot from the cottage. Hill walking can also be enjoyed in Carlingford, with Horse-riding at Ravensdale (15 k's by car). . |
